Our guaranteed check in time is at 3pm. Our standard check out time is at 11am.

Is early check-in or late check-out available?

Early check in and late check out are based on availability.

What are the front desk & lobby hours?

The front desk and lobby spaces are reserved for hotel guests’ usage within the hotel’s hours of operation.

Is smoking allowed on the property?

The Madrona is a smoke-free property. A designated smoking location can be made available on case by case basis.

Is wi-fi available? Is it free?

The Madrona has wifi available to hotel and restaurant guests and is free to access.

Can my luggage be stored at the hotel?

The Madrona is able to store guest luggage prior to check-in and after check-out upon request.

Can you receive and hold my packages at the hotel?

Guest packages can be received and held at the hotel with the hotel staff’s assistance.

Do you allow photo shoots?

Photoshoots must be scheduled with the Events Manager and require a site fee based on the locations used on the property. Details and availability can be arranged via email at arielle@themadronahotel.com.

Is there a resort fee?

The Madrona has a $40 daily resort fee that is required throughout the stay.

What types of rooms and suites do you have available?

The Madrona has 24 rooms on the property and 9 different room categories. Learn more by visiting our accommodations page.

Do rooms have private restrooms?

Yes, all of our hotel rooms have private restrooms.

Are there cribs available for infants?

Yes, Pack ‘n Plays are available upon request.

Are there accessible amenities available?

Yes, we have 1 room that is accessible and 1 bathroom stall in our public restrooms that is accessible.

Do you offer breast milk storage for parents? Can I arrange a milk-safe fridge during my stay?

All hotel rooms are equipped with a mini fridge in the room. If the temperature is inadequate for breast milk storage, alternative storage can be arranged with the front desk staff.

What is your cancellation/deposit policy?

Standard reservations can be cancelled 7 days before the scheduled arrival date and receive a full refund of the deposit. Other reservation cancellation/deposit policies are based on reservation specifications.

How can I modify or cancel my reservation?

Reservations can be modified through the link provided in the email confirmation, or with assistance from the estate ambassadors via phone or email.

Do you have an early departure fee?

Early departures generally require the remaining nights’ room and tax for the stay to be paid at the time of departure. Early departure fees are adjusted on a case-by-case basis.

Is my ID required at check-in?

Yes, a valid form of ID and a form of payment are required upon check-in.

Is there an age requirement to check into a room?

The minimum age requirement to check into a room is 21 years of age.

Do you have connecting rooms?

The only connecting rooms on the property are a set of Bungalow Suites.

Yes! Guests enjoy a daily chef-curated breakfast experience, featuring house-made pastries and fresh-squeezed orange juice from our garden. Breakfast is included with your stay.

Yes! The Madrona features an on-site restaurant and bar offering a range of culinary experiences in both intimate parlours and expansive outdoor spaces. The menu highlights estate-grown ingredients with global inspiration, while the beverage program features inventive cocktails, rare spirits, and an eclectic wine list. Reservations are encouraged, but walk-ins are welcome in the bar and lounge.

What is The Madrona’s pet policy?

The Madrona is a dog friendly property. Furry friends are welcome to join in on stays with us with a pet fee of $150/stay.

Do you have pet free rooms for those with allergies?

No. All of our rooms are available to pets. If those with allergies are in need of a room that has not had pets, the Madrona staff can make accommodations based on availability.

How far do you have to walk to take your pet out?

The Madrona has many areas where pets can be relieved; some rooms also have private outdoor spaces.

Do you have pet sitting or dog walking services?

The concierge can assist in arranging such services. Advanced notice is greatly appreciated.

Yes! Guests can explore The Madrona’s half-acre gardens, wandering along pathways that wind up the hill and beyond the trees. Designed in partnership with regenerative farming advocate Aris Curtis, the gardens are a sensory delight, offering fresh herbs, fruits, and flowers that also inspire the kitchen, bar, and guest rooms.
